Our trained technicians will visit client’s facility on a regular schedule to service each plant. We strive to keep every plant as healthy and attractive as possible through precise horticultural practices and industry specification standards.  At each visit, our horticultural technicians will—assess the overall appearance of the plant and then dive into several aspects of the plant above and below the soil level.  The approach includes a moisture assessment: water requirements & consumption, fertilizing regiment, cleaning, trimming and grooming of the foliage.

Our maintenance and guaranteed replacement program includes a full guarantee on all interior plants under our care. Any plant that begins to lose its vitality and purpose will be promptly replaced at no cost to you.

Design Consultations
Our interior design and space planners meet with you at your property to discuss your desires, constraints and options.  Once we agree on a design concept & budget our team prepares display packages for installation.

Delivery & Installation
Your plants, containers and accessories arrive to our staging facility where we transplant into sub-irrigation pots, marry your plants with their decorative containers and confirm your order for installation in the locations you desire.

Professional Maintenance
Once your plant displays have been installed we will schedule your bi-weekly service with one of our professional horticulturists.

Replacement Guarantee
Rest easy knowing your investment is covered against failure! Any plant under our care that deteriorates or outgrows its space will be replaced at no charge.
