Heather Ruiz has over 12 years of Human Resources experience that range from Training and Development to HR Executive. Her passions within the Human Resources realm include training and development, measuring and building company culture and streamlining processes. She has experience building and stabilizing Human Resources departments within small businesses, large corporations and non-profits.

“Mentoring my peers who are entering the HR workforce is also a passion of mine”, says Heather. She looks forward to connecting with the HR community and exchanging skills, knowledge and tips for our ever-changing field.

As a professional in HR that has overseen company communication, created training material for all levels of management and employees and streamlined processes, Heather believes that these skills will help exceed the expectations for the role within Marketing & PR for SAHRMA.
