Hypochlorous acid is one of the most natural and effective biocides known to man. It eradicates all bacteria, mycobacteria, mold spores, fungi, viruses—even the tough Clostridium difficile—within 15 seconds. It disinfects 200 to 300 times better than bleach and is 100% safe.
Hypochlorous acid oxidizes (explodes) the cell wall of all pathogens causing necrosis (rupturing of the cell) or apoptosis (programmed cell death) and destroys them. Though viruses are not technically living organisms, they too are destroyed by hypochlorous acid.
Despite this destructive potential, our bodies use this same defense throughout life. Hypochlorous acid is naturally produced by our white blood cells and is an essential part of our immune system.

How much does it cost?
Our minimum per treatment is $250 and can typically cover 5,000 sq ft. in medium to high density environments. Rates are calculated by square footage & density, from $.03-$.06 per ft. Volume discounts apply above 10K sq. ft. & recurring treatments are available at reduced rates.
What surfaces to you treat?
All commonly touched surfaces and objects to include:
Doors, handles, push plates, light switches, desks (to be cleared of papers), phones, keyboards, mice, copiers, chairs, railings, elevators, restrooms, etc.
Do we need to pre-clean prior to treatment?
Yes, highly recommended. You basic janitorial cleaning should be conducted prior to treatment to increase the effectiveness. This includes wiping down all surfaces to remove organic waste.
Should we clean after treatment?
The disinfectant can leave a visible residue on darker objects. It is harmless and easily removed.
How often should we treat?
Professional disinfection should be seen as a part of your overall health and wellness plan. There are many factors that go into the frequency of professional disinfection, to include:

Yes, we offer discounted pricing based on treatment area and frequency. Significant discounts apply at 5000 sq. ft. and over as well as for scheduled recurring treatments.

What disinfectant do you use?
We currently are treating with three products approved by the EPA with Emerging Viral Pathogen kill claims against SARS-CoV-2. PURTABS Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) & ECOLAB Hydrogen Peroxide based surface disinfectant. Oasis 146 Multi-Quat sanitizer is used on sensitive or food-contact surfaces.
How do you apply the disinfectant?
We utilize micron spraying technology to get effective coverage of objects, to eliminate over-spray.
Is it safe to treat electronics?
Yes, the mist is very fine, 60-100 microns or about the diameter of a human hair. We take additional precautions when treating keyboards, phones, copiers, etc.
Will it stain fabrics?
At the recommended application rate, we have not seen staining occur to fabrics or carpet. The product is safer than bleach and much less caustic.
How long after treatment can we get back to work?
The disinfectant has a kill claim after 10 minutes of dwell time. After application, it must sit on the surface for 10 minutes undisturbed. We spray at a very fine rate (80-100 microns) and find that most surfaces are dry after 15 minutes.
You can immediately get back to work after the dwell period has elapsed.
Does the spray have an odor?
Yes. There will be a slight chlorine smell that dissipates quickly after application leaving what most end users describe as a “clean” or “sterile” smell.
How can we know it works?
We swab the treated areas before and after treatment and run them through a testing device to verify that the treatment was effective.
What happens if I have a known case of a virus? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, Decontamination Disinfection requires additional PPE and we may determine it best to increase the potency of the disinfectant. Outbreak decontamination incurs a $250 surcharge for disposal of PPE. The surcharge is waved if you are on a recurring scheduled treatment program.
